Dear all
It’s the last day of term, and of the first year of the College of Law at Manchester. Steph, Andrea and I would like to thank you for using the library this year: it’s been a pleasure to work with you all. If you are returning to the College in September, we look forward to seeing you then, if you are leaving us at this point we say ‘Goodbye’ and wish you all the very best in your career in the law.
Library opening times over summer are the same as for the Centre: Louise has e-mailed you with details of these. We are open tonight until 8 pm. Then we are closed this weekend and every weekend until the end of August.
From Monday to Friday we will be open from 9 am to 5 pm, but the centre will be closed for staff training during the week commencing 5th July. If we need to close at any other time, we will inform you.
For all 2009/2010 full time students, your cards will cease to give you access after Friday 30th July.
Monday 28th June will be stock taking day in the library. You will be able to use the library on that day, but your access to some of the books may be limited for short periods.
For full time students, today is the last day on which you can borrow books (even if you plan on returning in September). Therefore, please check today if you still have any books on loan, and if so return them to us as soon as possible. All outstanding library fees should also be paid today, so please check you have nothing to pay before you leave.
If you are a part time student, you can continue to borrow books from us over the summer period.
With all good wishes for a good Summer and the future year ahead!
David
