Justice is one of the major legal databases used in this country. It is not as well know or as widely used as Westlaw or Lexis library, but it is still a popular choice with the firms and it will often be a definite advantage to you if you can say that you are familiar with it.
Ben Newton, a Justice trainer, will be visiting the College at 2 pm on Thursday 22nd September to give a training session, which will last about an hour. The room will be announced tomorrow. Justice trainers I’ve found are highly enthusiastic and give an excellent presentation. Just to confirm: there’s no charge for attending this session.
So, if you’d like to come and you’re free then, there’s a sign up sheet in the folder on the Information Officer’s desk in the library. Space is limited to about 24, so it’s a case of first come, first served. However, if nobody is able to come, we may have to cancel, so if you’re coming please sign up by next Tuesday morning.
Justice will be returning for more sessions in early October- please watch this space!
